CHP and Sheriff’s Department have stated that when officers deam it safe, the Topanga Resident Access Card will facilitate entry through road closures for residents during a DISASTER.

* 2009 CARD HOLDERS:
To receive a new 2010 Access Card, you have 2 ways to apply ‑ choose online or mail. No photo needed. Mail-in your address verification only if you have moved.

* NEW APPLICANTS:
- Please complete the registration form (online, mail in, or provide in person).
- Each adult applicant will need to submit verification of their Topanga address (copy of utility bill, bank or mortgage statement, driver’s license, or lease agreement).
- Your photograph will be taken by the Town Council at one of the photo event dates.
MAIL your Proof of your Topanga address to: Topanga Town Council, P.O. Box 1085, Topanga, CA 90290. Checks can be made payable to Topanga Town Council.
