2 0 10 REGISTRATION FORM

CHP and Sheriff’s Department have stated that when officers deam it safe, the Topanga Resident Access Card will facilitate entry through road closures for residents during a DISASTER.

Here’s how easy it is to apply:

2009 CARD HOLDERS:  
To receive a new 2010 Access Card, you have 2 ways to apply ‑ choose online or mail.  No photo needed.  Mail-in your address verification only if you have moved.

  • Method 2:  MAIL-IN APPLICATION.  Click here for a printable form. 
    Please mail application and check made payable to:
    Topanga Town Council, P.O. Box 1085, Topanga, CA  90290.

* NEW APPLICANTS: 

  • Please complete the registration form (online, mail in, or provide in person).
  • Each adult applicant will need to submit verification of their Topanga address (copy of utility bill, bank or mortgage statement, driver’s license, or lease agreement).
  • Your photograph will be taken by the Town Council at one of the photo event dates

MAIL your Proof of your Topanga address to: Topanga Town Council, P.O. Box 1085, Topanga, CA 90290. Checks can be made payable to Topanga Town Council.


All information is required and will only be used by the Topanga Town Council. Please print legibly. If applicant is under 16, please specify age next to the name.
